Refund policy
At Velori, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at ozibw@yahoo.com. We will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first as return addresses vary by product. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ozibw@yahoo.com with clear photos or video of the damage and original packaging. We will assess your claim and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Exceptions The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used or are not in original condition
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and once accepted, place a new order.
Refunds Once your return is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at ozibw@yahoo.com.
European Union If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
